Shipping Policy

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Domestic shipping

We offer a range of shipping options throughout New Zealand.

Shipping charges for your order will be dependant on weight and advised prior to confirming your order.

Delivery timeframes from when the ordere is ready is generally between 2-5 days but may be subject to delay if the carrier (NZ Post) is experiencing delivery issues.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to Australia only at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be advised prior to confirming your order.

Delivery timeframes are generally between 6-14 days but may be subject to delay if the carrier is experiencing network delivery issues.  These delays are out of our control.

Your order should not be subject to any further import duties or taxes due to the type of product you are purchasing, and as the products have a value of less than $1,000.00 NZD.
